Welcome to the website of Rollitos Ice Cream Rolls("Rollitos," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes: browsing our menu, requesting catering, joining our rewards program, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
2. Catering requests
Submitting the catering form is a request, not a confirmed booking. All events are subject to availability, and pricing is provided by quote. A booking is confirmed only when we agree to it directly with you (and, where applicable, when any agreed deposit is received). Menu items, flavors, and toppings may vary based on availability.
3. Rollitos Rewards
Our loyalty program is free to join and is operated through MyLoyalink. Stamps have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed as described in the program (currently: collect 10 stamps for a free ice cream). We may modify or discontinue the program at any time; earned rewards will be honored or fairly replaced.
4. Online ordering
Delivery and pickup orders are processed by Uber Eats and DoorDash on their own platforms, under their own terms, prices, and fees. Rollitos is not responsible for those platforms' services, delivery times, or policies.
5. Allergen notice
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy, please tell our team before ordering. Product images on this site are illustrative and actual items may vary.
6. Intellectual property
The Rollitos name, logo, photos, and all content on this site belong to Rollitos Ice Cream Rolls or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information — it is used only for our own business operations.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (such as hours or menu items) is always current — call us to confirm anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
