1. Information we collect

• Catering requests: when you submit our catering form we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, event address, and any message you write.
• Marketing consent: your agreement to receive SMS messages and email updates, recorded with the date of your request.
• Rewards program: our loyalty program is operated through MyLoyalink, a third-party service with its own privacy policy. We receive the information you provide when joining (such as your name and contact details) to manage your stamps and rewards.
• Automatic information:our website does not use advertising trackers. It stores a small flag in your browser (session storage) so our rewards popup only appears once per visit, and it embeds a Google Map, which is served by Google under Google's privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your catering request and coordinate your event.
• To send you SMS messages and email updates about your request, new flavors, promotions, and events — only if you gave us consent.
• To manage your Rollitos Rewards membership.
• To operate, protect, and improve our business.

3. We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is used exclusively by Rollitos for the business purposes described above. The only parties that may process it on our behalf are the service providers we use to run the business (for example, our form-storage provider and our loyalty platform), and they are only permitted to use it to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

4. SMS messages (TCPA)

By checking the SMS consent box you agree to receive text messages from Rollitos about your catering request and promotions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

5. Email (CAN-SPAM)

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will honor your request promptly. We will still send you non-marketing messages needed to coordinate an event you requested.

6. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your marketing consent. Residents of certain states (including California under the CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights, such as the right to know what information we collect and the right to deletion — since we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. 8. Data retention and security

We keep catering requests and consent records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and MyLoyalink. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
